At Hotel y Villas Huetares, we are committed to offering a peaceful, safe, and well-organized experience. We kindly ask all guests to review and follow the policies outlined below during their stay.
Check-In and Registration

Access to the facilities (parking and pool) is allowed from 12:00 p.m. (noon).

Villas or rooms will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On departure day, villas or rooms must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. (noon).

The main gate will not open until all guests per villa or room have been properly registered.

Anyone not listed during check-in will not be allowed to enter later.

All registered guests must wear their wristband at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from the property.
Conduct and Courtesy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and accommodations, in accordance with Law 9028. Violations will result in a $200 USD cleaning and sanitization fee.

Large tower speakers are not allowed. Small portable speakers are permitted only at a moderate volume, respecting the comfort of other guests.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in being asked to leave the property. We reserve the right of admission to maintain a peaceful environment.

Pets are allowed, provided that guests comply with our established pet policy. Please contact us in advance to review the requirements.
Additional Services

Pool towels and barbecue grills are available upon request and subject to availability. We recommend requesting these in advance at the reception desk.
Payment and Cancellation Policies

Once a reservation is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure the booking. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be canceled.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% penalty, meaning no refund will be issued.

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be refunded within 30 calendar days.
